Here is my biscuit recipe

You need:-
175g / 6oz - Plain Flour
100g / 4ozs - Butter or Margarine
50g / 2ozs - Caster Sugar
Rolling Pin
Biscuit cutters / sharp knife
Baking tray
Cooling Rack
Pre Heat oven to 150 C / 300 F / Gas Mark 2
Cream the butter or margarine and caster sugar together until they are
light and fluffy. Stir in the flour and once mixed knead the dough together until it forms a ball, add a sprinkle of flour
if the dough is at all sticky.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about 5mm
thick.
Cut out the dough using your chosen cutter.
Place the biscuits on a floured baking tray and bake in the center of
the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the biscuits cool on a wire tray before decorating.
